Shipping Information

Please note: Shipping charges and free shipping apply to the UK only, we can ship to ROI and Mainland Europe please contact us for a quote.


Large items/orders will be shipped by courier service, smaller items will be sent using Royal Mail.


Shipping Charges

We charge a Flat Rate of £4.95 (plus VAT) for orders under £50.
Shipping is Free for all orders over £50.

Most orders are shipped in 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally, however, we may experience unexpected problems with availability. In these circumstances, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should we not be able to ship your order within 5 working days, we will e-mail you, to let you know

If you require an item urgently then please contact us and we will try and make arrangements to suit.

Returns & Replacements

Please contact us before returning any item.

If you have ordered the wrong item or the item is not that described on the invoice please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will then need to return the item within 28 days of receiving your goods.

In accordance with Consumer Protection (DSR) Distance Selling Regulations, the consumer has the right to cancel within 7 working days (cooling off period) for most goods and services. This period runs from the day the contract was concluded for services, and from the day after the delivery of goods. Please be aware that this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products and perishable goods.

In order to cancel written notice must be given in writing or by email.
Where a contract is cancelled, the consumer must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received. When the item arrives back with us, we will issue a refund to the value of the product, excluding any delivery charges. The goods must be un-used and we will review the condition of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement and we will contact you if the claim is in any doubt.
If the product has not yet arrived with you but is in transit, you can choose to refuse a delivery from our couriers. The item is re-routed back to us via the same courier service and we will treat the item as not required or suitable and refund you for the goods and original delivery charges, but will deduct the delivery charges from the refund.

When returning:
Goods must be returned along with the original packaging where possible.
Goods must be in the same condition as sent.
Goods must be accompanied with a covering letter or note including your full name, address, email, order reference number and the nature of the return.
